Jurang Fairtrade deals with all your personal information in a respectable manner. We are more than a company name; we are real, actual people ourselves and we too care about our privacy. We therefore think it's important that any personal information you provide to us:

Is only used for the purpose(s) you gave us the information for
Is not shared without your knowledege and explicit permission with any third party

In line with these three important principles we will only collect the information we need for us to provide you with our high level of service and to send you information from Jurang Fairtrade only. These usually include name, postal address, email address and telephone contact details. In addition, when orders are placed, we collect shipping information. We currently use trusted third party providers for our online payments. As a result of this, we currently do not collect your billing information.

Consequently the use of cookies provides us not with personal info but simply allows us to see general statistics regarding the usage of our site.
