Yirgacheffe, which is a 'washed' coffee, remains one of the most renowned coffees in the world. It's origins lie in the Yirgacheffe region in the southern highlands of Ethiopia. Yirgacheffee is lighter bodied and although it has a clean taste, there remains a complexity and deepness which make for perfect cup of coffee anytime of the day.
