Monin Cinnamon Syrup (70cl)

Monin Cinnamon Syrup (70cl) makes creating flavoursome beverages, such as flavoured coffee, cocktails, frappes, smoothies and milkshakes easy. This delicious syrup has a Cinnamon essential oil smell and a spicy taste of cinnamon powder with pepper notes.

Recipes:

Non-alcoholic recipe: Mix 20 ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup, 10 ml MONIN Irish syrup, 1 shot espresso and 150 ml milk. Pour an espresso into a large cup and reserve. Steam MONIN syrup and milk together until mix foams. Pour mix over coffee.

Alcoholic recipe: Mix 20 ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup, 5 ml MONIN Spicy syrup, 30 ml brandy and soda water. Put straight in a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with soda water.

Jurang is fully committed to selling only Fairtrade products. Unfortunately there is currently no Fairtrade certified coffee syrups available. However, our customers are expressing an interest in purchasing syrups in addition to the Fairtrade tea and coffee they buy from us. With this in mind we have decided to sell these quality Monin syrups untill a Fairtrade alternative becomes available.
