Visacrem Palanca Espresso Machine

The Visacrem Palanca is a lever espresso machine, which uses an extraction system based on a manually operated, thermocompresed brew chamber. Both group heads are fitted with an  infusion-extraction system and independent heat exchangers are active for each group head.

The water level in the 13 Litre Copper boiler is electronically controlled and like all Visacrem espresso machines, the Palanca boiler refills automatically and is fitted with a boiler safety valve. Additionally an element safety thermostat is fitted for the protection of the heads.
