Install and Training

You will need more than just a box delivering. You will probably need an installation and perhaps even some training. On some machines we offer this as an option and on others we will include as standard. Whatever you would prefer, however, we can arrange it for you - from a visit by one of our engineers to a telephone setup and training session by one of our experienced members of staff.

Ongoing Support with Jurang ProCare

You will need support, expert knowledge and advice. How do we know? Because we do it everyday. Many people who buy a commercial coffee machine from us give us a ring a few days after the installation just to double check something about things such machine setup, the programming or the cleaning. We are here for you - whether that is in the first few days, in the month after or 2 years down the line. That's why we have developed Jurang ProCare.

Jurang ProCare reflects how serious we take our commercial dealership responsibilities. With Jurang ProCare you don't just get a coffee machine; you get a support contract with unlimited access to our team of experts who have knowledge of your machine and its features so they can assist you. Jurang ProCare offers you this service for 3 years, completely free of charge. That's our commitment to you and your equipment.

Jurang ProCare Plus: with Jurang ProCare Plus we go even further and will offer you extended warranties and annual services all in one package. Jurang ProCare Plus isn't free of charge but available at competitive prices with selected machines only.

Repairs from someone you can trust

You will need repairs. Let's face it: sometimes things do go wrong and machines do break. What's important at a time like that is getting it fixed fast and professionally. Because we are official UK dealers for brands such as Franke, Jura, Expobar and Bravilor Bonamat we are authorised to arrange service call outs and repairs on behalf of commercial customers under warranty.

However, we go further and we can also help you when your warranty has expired. We have selected a number of nationwide repairs and service companies as well as a large number of independent engineers all across the England, Scotland and Wales who between them have years of experience and and a wealth of knowledge. Independent engineers subscribe to a code of practice and are members of the AIEE (The Association Of Independent Espresso Engineers).

Annual Service

Annual services and boiler inspections on traditional espresso machines are highly recommended. Because of an increase in recent years in the number of explosions of espresso machine, we believe they will soon become compulsory and required by the government in addition to the conditions many insurers have already implemented in their contracts.
