The 8-cup French Press is renowned for good reason; designed back in the 1950's, this method of brewing coffee is iconic for its ease of use and ability to deliver fresh tasting filter coffee every time.
BPA free and naturally environmentally responsible manufacturing, the chambord french press has Bodum's professional craftsmanship through and through.
Method
1. Pour a couple of heaped tablespoons of ground filter coffee (Machu Pichu Ground Coffee included) into the beaker.
2. Add hot water from the kettle (let the water sit for 10 seconds after reaching boiling point) and swirl the water so all the grounds as covered as you pour
3. Leave to brew for 1 minute before placing the plunger on top and pushing down the lever to stop the brewing process.
4. If necessary, you can twist the lid into either a blocked spout position or a pour position.
5. Pour and enjoy (add milk if you like)!
The black polypropylene handle is heat-resistant for safe secure pouring.
