I love the ease to order and the quickness of the service. I would be happier with a wider range choice of wholesaler products and slightlier cheaper prices? I miss some more Fair trade brands. kind regards

We have just ordered Fairtrade espresso coffee beans - they are some of the best we have found, evidenced by the fact that we have made a repeat order! Jurang's service is first class and they are keenly priced. We have recommended them to several of our friends and family and we will be returning in the future.

Browsing can be sometimes not easy. I would find particularly useful a comparing table,eg size of the pack, origin of the coffe, indiviually wrapped, etcc.

You always offer a brilliant service, with an easy-to-use site and fast delivery. Not to mention fantastic coffee! Even when there was confusion with an order – one time only I should point out – the problem was dealt with very quickly and the customer service reps for the process were friendly and efficient. I'd definitely recommend you any day.
