THE JURA 2-PHASE CLEANING PROCESS

Phase 1, Cleaning

Using a special formula, coffee particles & fat are removed from the various components within the brewing unit. Water is heated to 80 °C to ensure a deep rinse of coffee brewing components.

Phase 2, Protection

Each component surface is provided with a seal to provide long lasting protection from coffee residue and fat build up.
