In practical terms this means for example that our website gives you straightforward pricing with details of what is and isn't included. It also means that when you contact us we will assess your specific situation and advise you on what we think you and your business require; not what will make us the most money.

More than a machine

Franke believe in providing you with a 'Coffee System' and not just a coffee machine. As an authorised dealer we therefor work closely with Franke HQ to offer you exactly that: a complete system and coffee making solution. This means that when you see a machine on our website, it will include a number of essential add-ons. For example all mains connected water machines come with a Brita water filter system to ensure consistent water quality and taste as well as protecting your equipment against potentially harmful scale build up. We also include installation and training for you and your staff as standard; giving you the best possible start to what will become many years of quality coffee making with your Franke equipment.

Additionally we will include a complimentary initial supply of coffee beans, coffee cups and cleaning materials such as cleaning tablets and milk system cleaner. This means that when your machine arrives and is installed you can focus on making coffee as you will have everything you require.

Warranty & Service

All the Franke equipment we sell is genuine, Swiss made Franke equipment. As such it comes with a valid commercial, on-site warranty for 12 months as standard. This can be extended for a number of additional years complimented by an annual service for your machine.

In addition to this we offer you a 3 year Technical Support Membership free of charge. Giving you the confidence you can contact our Technical Support department with technical issues and troubleshooting queries all year round. We will also monitor your service history and advise you on extended warranty deadlines to ensure you are aware of important dates in the life of your Franke equipment.
