Jurang is an ethical Fair Trade coffee supplier, and we have a great range of beans that complement espresso machines well.
As the A1000 is a bean-to-cup machine, you need to look for a stronger espresso bean (i.e. strength 5), as the P.E.P. system extracts all the flavour and freshness to ensure you receive a barista-quality espresso. We recommend a 100% Arabica bean over a Robusta bean, as Arabica beans are generally considered higher quality due to the acidic soils that these beans are grown in.
