Cimbali Turbosteam Explained

The patented Turbosteam system is based around the idea of a temperature-sensing steam wand which delivers both steam and air at the same time. This result in a system that simultaneously delivers steam and air, resulting in fully automatic, hands-free frothing and heating of milk. The steam wand can be programmed to automatically cut off when the desired temperature is reached. This results in milk frothed to perfection with a consistently dense and velvety cream texture.
