The Boiler for the espresso shot is PID temperature controlled, whilst a separate boiler creates instant and powerful steam on demand. The Stainless steel boilers offer the perfect temperature every time, giving you precision and repeatable consistency every time.
Powered by a dedicated stainless steel boiler, the steam wand provides micro-foam texture, usually only associated with commercial machines, that enhances the flavour and texture, giving you all the tools you need not only for the perfect milky coffee but to practice and enhance your latte art techniques.
With a clear and easy-to-read LCD display, the Sage Dual Boiler Espresso allows for easy programming and a shot clock allowing perfect timing for coffee extraction.
