Orders

To place an order simply add the desired items to the shopping cart. Any promotional offers or multi-buy discounts will be applied automatically.

Should there be any delay in your order as a result of stock issues, we will contact you. You will be given the option to cancel your order should you be unhappy with this. Our team of clued-up coffee lovers will be more than happy to help you select an alternative product should you wish to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Jurang reserves the right to cancel an order until the dispatch of goods. Should this happen we will contact you immediately and offer an explanation if desired.


Delivery Information

Standard delivery to any UK mainland address is £4.98. Any orders over £50 are free of Delivery charges. Please note delivery to addresses outside of the UK are subject to extra shipping costs.

Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day via UKMail (DHL) and will be with you the following day excluding weekends. For example; an order placed on Friday before 14:00 will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be received on the following Tuesday. Our delivery partners will send you an hourly delivery slot on the day of delivery if you provide your mobile number when you order, they will send you a text message with this information. We will only use your mobile number, if provided, for the purposes of contacting you regarding your order


Returns

When you return a product to Jurang Wholesale Limited, (for instance, because you notified us in accordance with the paragraph below ‘Our right to vary theses terms and conditions’, that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective product.

Products returned by you because they are not of satisfactory quality will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Cancellations

If you change your mind about the item(s) you have purchased, don't worry!

You can cancel at any time from the moment you place your order, and up to 30 days from the day you have taken delivery of your goods to get a full no-hassle refund. Please make sure that the item(s) are unused and in the original packaging unless the items in question are faulty.


Damaged Goods

If an order received is faulty or damaged you have 30 days to return the item(s) to us free of charge.

You will be given a full refund for any faulty goods received, however, we will endeavor to provide you with a replacement should it be your wish as we are keen to provide you with the best service possible. Please return the item(s) to us as soon as possible to ensure a speedy process.
