Jurang is an ethical Fair Trade coffee supplier, and we have a great range of beans that complement espresso machines well.
As the A800 is a bean-to-cup machine, you need to look for a stronger espresso bean (i.e. strength 5), as the P.E.P. system extracts all the flavour and freshness to ensure you receive a barista-quality espresso. We recommend a 100% Arabica bean over a Robusta bean, as Arabica beans are generally considered higher quality due to the acidic soils that these beans are grown in.
Finally, yet most importantly, we believe the best choice when it comes to coffee is the ethical choice. At Jurang we are passionate about fair and ethical trading and believe that if we want to enjoy premium coffee then this should only be done in the knowledge that no injustices are occurring.
