MilkSystem or FoamMaster?
There are three options to choose from when it comes to the A600, the MS EC (MilkSystem EasyClean), FM EC (FoamMaster Easy Clean), or FM CM (FoamMaster CleanMaster).
The MS EC does not include the FoamMaster or CleanMaster technology, whereas the FM CM does.

The A600 can also be supplied with the Franke FoamMaster (FM) concept. This not only gives you incredible quality milk foam, but it also sets a new standard of convenience when it comes to cleaning. The Franke FoamMaster technology ensures an un-matched consistent quality of milk foam guaranteed.
The FM CM version features a hose-free docking system which uses hygienic milk containers and features a fully automated cleaning process with an integrated cleaning cartridge. The system features full HACCP conformity.

Jurang is an ethical Fair Trade coffee supplier, and we have a great range of beans that complement espresso machines well.
As the A600 is a bean-to-cup machine, you need to look for a stronger espresso bean (i.e. strength 5), as the P.E.P. system extracts all the flavour and freshness to ensure you receive a barista-quality espresso. We recommend a 100% Arabica bean over a Robusta bean, as Arabica beans are generally considered higher quality due to the acidic soils that these beans are grown in.
