Produced in the high-altitude communities surrounding Chinchiná, Caldas, these beans are naturally processed at the Jamaica drying station. The station, sitting at 1300 MASL, benefits from ideal hot, dry conditions—perfect for enhancing the complexity and depth of honey and natural coffees.
By sourcing ripe cherries directly from smallholder farmers in Villarazo, La Batea, and Corozal, this coffee supports a new model of processing that rewards quality and reduces labour for producers. The result: bright, fruit-forward cups with layers of tropical sweetness and a clean, syrupy finish.

Specialty coffee is meticulously evaluated based on factors such as aroma, flavour, acidity, body, and aftertaste. Beans are scored on a 100-point scale by certified Q graders, with a score above 80 indicating specialty status.
We roast every 4-6 weeks for our stock intake, which means our beans are always as freshly roasted as can be.
This coffee undergoes a natural process, a traditional and increasingly celebrated method that accentuates sweetness, body, and fruit-forward complexity.
The process involves drying the whole coffee cherry in the sun, allowing sugars and flavours to infuse the bean during fermentation. The result is a cup bursting with juicy, tropical notes, a syrupy mouthfeel, and vibrant character—hallmarks of an exceptional natural Colombian coffee.
