This is a 100% Arabica, speciality-grade coffee sourced from high-altitude farms in Peru, a country known for producing exceptionally clean, balanced coffees. The combination of rich volcanic soil, cool mountain climates, and careful small-scale farming allows the beans to mature slowly, developing depth and natural sweetness.
Peruvian coffees are prized for their consistency and clarity in the cup. This one is full-bodied and smooth, with pronounced dark chocolate notes and a rounded finish that works beautifully across espresso and filter brewing.

Peruvian coffee is highly regarded due to its high-altitude growing conditions, with farms typically located between 1,200 and 1,800 metres above sea level. The cooler climate at this elevation slows cherry development, allowing greater flavour complexity to form.
Our Single Origin Peru beans are speciality grade, 100% Arabica, sourced from smallholder farms where coffee is handpicked for quality and consistency. Expect a clean cup with a medium body, gentle acidity, natural sweetness, and subtle nutty undertones.
