Ideal for small offices, retail outlets, convenience stores, and fast-paced service counters, the S1 MIA brings advanced technology and ease of use to the forefront of modern coffee service.
Engineered with patented Micro-Injected Air (MIA) technology, the machine transforms cold fresh milk into a rich, stable microfoam without relying on a traditional steam boiler. This allows you to serve a full range of barista-style drinks—including cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites—with consistent quality at the push of a button.
Eight Hot Drink Options, One Streamlined Interface
With a clean, capacitive touch panel, users can easily select from eight core drink types: espresso, coffee, cappuccino, café latte, flat white, café mocha, hot chocolate, and hot water for tea or infusions. The interface is intuitive, fully reprogrammable, and allows customisation of ingredient order, milk temperature, and foam volume for each selection—ideal for adapting to customer preferences or brand recipes.
Patented MIA Fresh Milk System
The innovative MIA system injects high-pressure air directly into cold milk, creating millions of micro-bubbles. This process produces dense, silky foam that remains stable in the cup and enhances the texture and flavour of every milk-based drink. The same quality is achievable with dairy-free alternatives, such as oat or soy milk, expanding your menu's inclusivity.
Grind Accuracy for Consistency Across Machines
A new lockable grind adjustment mechanism allows technicians to fine-tune grind settings with precision. This ensures uniform extraction and flavour across your entire fleet of machines, while safeguarding settings from tampering or drift over time.
Space-Saving, Counter-Ready Dimensions
At just 305 mm wide, 670 mm high, and 430 mm deep, the Vitro S1 MIA is built for tight locations and can comfortably fit beneath standard wall cupboards. Despite its compact footprint, it delivers an output capacity of up to 100 cups per day, making it ideal for high-frequency environments.
Flexible Water Supply
Use the built-in 4-litre water tank for plug-and-play deployment, or connect the machine to a mains water supply for uninterrupted service in fixed installations.
Simplified Cleaning and Maintenance
Designed for operational ease, the S1 MIA features a front-access 1.2-litre liquids tray with splash-preventing wave breaker. It performs an automatic milk-line flush after every drink and again 5 minutes after final use. A manual 10-minute daily cleaning cycle using cleaning fluid is initiated in under a minute. Waste capacity supports up to 60 coffee pucks (7g).
Energy Efficiency and Hygiene
The machine features an energy-saving standby mode, reducing power consumption during inactivity. It also supports touchless drink selection, enabling hygienic operation in public or shared-use settings.

The Annual Service Contract includes a 12-month on-site Parts & Labour Warranty. This means engineer call-outs, labour, and genuine replacement parts for faults covered by warranty are provided at no additional cost.
One complimentary water-filter exchange is included. We supply and fit a new filter at any time during the first year, protecting your machine from limescale damage.
UK-wide support is available during business hours, with rapid response from manufacturer-approved engineers (response times depend on traffic, weather and parts availability).
Key exclusions: issues linked to inadequate cleaning, limescale, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications are not covered.
Without a Service Contract, every engineer visit is chargeable from £225+VAT, plus parts and any additional labour.
