Annual Service Contract

To include an annual service contract with any of the above packages, simply select '+ Service Contract' in the drop-down.

What is included?

The Annual Service Contract includes:

• 12-month On-Site Labour Warranty - This means that engineer call-outs, labour, and genuine replacement parts for faults covered by the standard 24-month parts warranty are provided at no additional cost.
• One Full Annual Engineer Service - plus genuine La Spaziale Service Pack kit
• One complimentary water-filter exchange is included. The engineer will change the water filter during the annual service; however, please note that the water filter is charged separately. We highly recommend taking action on this once a year to protect your machine from limescale damage.
• One Boiler Inspection and PSSR - actioned by the engineer at the time of the annual service

UK-wide support is available during business hours, with rapid response from manufacturer-approved engineers (response times depend on traffic, weather and parts availability).

Key exclusions: issues linked to inadequate cleaning, limescale, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications are not covered.

Without a Service Contract, every engineer visit is chargeable at £225+VAT, plus any additional labour.
