The Bravilor FreshGround 121 is a premium bean-to-cup coffee machine designed for businesses that want the flavour of freshly ground beans combined with the smooth character of traditional filter coffee.
Using a fresh-brew system, the FG121 grinds whole beans on demand and brews each cup individually, producing rich, high-quality black coffee at the press of a button.
It’s an excellent choice for hotel breakfast areas, convenience locations, staff kitchens, and medium-to-large workplaces where reliability and consistent quality matter.
The FreshGround 121 configuration includes one bean hopper and two instant ingredient canisters for toppings such as milk powder and cocoa. This setup allows businesses to offer a wider drinks menu beyond black coffee, including popular milk-based beverages and chocolate drinks, all from a single compact machine.
Authorised UK Distributor
At the heart of the system is Bravilor's advanced CombiBrewer technology, designed to give operators flexibility without sacrificing performance.
The brewer delivers a single brew cycle of 480 ml (using approximately 32 g of freshly ground coffee), ensuring strong flavour extraction and café-quality results.
Operators can choose to brew with traditional filter paper or with the permanent paperless filter, allowing easy adjustment depending on preference or operational requirements. Switching between these brewing methods can be done quickly on site.
Precision is built into every stage of the brewing process, ensuring consistent taste from cup to cup.
The machine is also designed with practicality in mind, featuring simple installation, straightforward daily cleaning, and durable commercial components suited to busy environments.
