A La Spazialle installation is more than just unpacking the box, connecting up the services, and showing you the on/off switch. Of course, all that is included, but the engineer will also review your espresso beans, set your grinder accordingly, and explain the differences in grinding and coarseness.
After that, the engineer will help you find the best extraction temperature for your espresso bean and show you how to adjust it yourself. This is useful if you ever change your espresso beans or want to alter the taste profile of your coffee. The cost of the installation is a fixed price, designed to cover the expense of a qualified and trained engineer sharing their knowledge to help you get the best out of a fantastic piece of equipment.

With La Spaziale machines, you can easily change the extraction temperature yourself, allowing you to be in control.
Every coffee has its own temperature sweet spot. Most espresso machines are set at a standard extraction temperature before dispatch from the factory, and changing it later will likely require an engineer to come out and make the adjustment for you.
Built for Workflow, Visibility & Flexibility
The S9 offers a generous 16 cm clearance between the brew heads and drip tray, letting even tall takeaway cups slide neatly underneath (especially useful in TA/takeaway format). The illuminated work area, backlit cup grid and RGB status lighting on the side panels also help your baristas maintain smooth workflow even in lower lighting.
Want to push your setup further? Optional add-ons like MAT (automatic milk emulsion), ITC (individual temperature control per group), and advanced hot water infusion (AM) let you fine-tune performance to your drink menu and volume.
