• Series 3 MAX - same as the Espresso but with a second high-capacity boiler to increase cups per day from 250 to 350

Annual Service Contract

To include an annual service contract with any of the above packages, simply select '+ Service Contract' in the drop-down.

What is included?

The Annual Service Contract includes:

• 12-month On-Site Parts & Labour Warranty
• 1 x Annual Service with Calibration
• 1 x Water Filter Exchange at Service (filter not included)
• 1 x 6 Month Health Check

This means engineer call-outs, labour, and genuine replacement parts for faults covered by warranty are provided at no additional cost.

UK-wide support is available during business hours, with rapid response from manufacturer-approved engineers (response times depend on traffic, weather and parts availability).

Key exclusions: issues linked to inadequate cleaning, limescale, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications are not covered as per terms and conditions.
