All Jura GIGA X8 packages include a 24-month on-site parts and labour warranty as standard. Simply contact Jurang to arrange engineer support through Jura-trained engineers. Parts, labour and call-outs for covered faults are included, excluding misuse or maintenance-related issues. Extended warranty options are also available after the initial 24-month period.

All the controls on the GIGA X8 are arranged on the front, clearly recognizable, and easily accessible at first sight. Even the refilling of the water tank and the bean container is possible from the front. The water tank and the bean container have a locking mechanism as standard, which can be used to lock them to protect them from foreign influences.
